Does the use of foreign workers posted rates of pay is mandatory
In the light of Community standards, the employer who sends workers to work abroad, while setting the conditions of the remuneration should comply with the regulations in the place of employment. This applies, in particular, rates of pay for work that can not be less than the minimum rates in the country where the work will be performed (Supreme Court ruling of 3 March 2011, PK II, 208/10).
